County of Butte - Site Evaluation Services
An RFP for evaluating 4 sites as candidates for new Courthouse and Governemnt Facilities was issued in the Fall of 2006. We responded with this proposal, were selected, and in 2007 we completed the project which has lead to additional phases and projects.
Town of Buckeye - Facilities Masterplan
In 2007, the Town of Buckeye issued an RFP for comprehensive facility masterplanning services. This proposal was submitted. The Town elected to bypass a short-list and selected us immediately. The project was then postponed and eventually canceled in 2008 due to budgetary issues.
County of Kern - Space Need Assessment
In 2009, this proposal was submitted in response to an RFP for organization wide Space Need Assessment and capital implementation plan development. We were short-listed but not selected.
County of San Joaquin - Facilities Master Plan Update
This proposal was prepared in response to an issued RFQ. Unfortunately, we were not selected for the project.
